Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• —"Service" means the Calisthenics eXperience mobile app (CXApp) and the website calisthenicsexperience.com.
• —"User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• —"Provider" means Matteo Ardu, owner of the Service.
• —"Content" means training plans, exercises, articles and any material available in the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, the User fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

3. Service Description

• —Parametric training plans for different levels (Beginner → Pro)
• —Personalized plan generator via artificial intelligence (Premium feature)
• —Exercise library with detailed biomechanical instructions
• —Workout history and progression tracking

4. Registration and Account

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing an email and password, or via Google authentication. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities performed with their account.

5. Plans and Subscriptions

• —Free: limited access to basic features
• —Entry (€9.99/month): access to all parametric plans
• —Premium (€19,99/month): full access including AI generator (10 plans/month)
• —Prices are in Euros and include applicable VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

6. Right of Withdrawal

EU consumer users have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the subscription date without giving any reason (Widerrufsrecht). To exercise the right of withdrawal: info@calisthenicsexperience.com. Withdrawal does not apply if the digital service has already been fully performed with the user's express consent before the expiry of the deadline.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The Service provides content for informational and general fitness purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice. Before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, consult a doctor. The Provider assumes no liability for injuries or health damage resulting from the use of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All Service content (texts, images, training plans, algorithms) is the exclusive property of the Provider or respective owners and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Provider does not guarantee freedom from interruptions or errors. The Provider's liability is limited, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by German law. The courts of Düsseldorf have jurisdiction for any dispute, subject to applicable EU consumer protection laws.

11. Changes to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms with at least 30 days notice communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance of the changes.
