In 2018 I posted a photo on Instagram. Two shots, one year apart. In the first: scared, closed posture, no confidence. Chronic shoulder and back pain, a stranger in his own body. In the second: upright, grounded, present.

What had changed wasn't just the physical. It was my relationship with myself: the feeling of knowing my body, controlling it, trusting it. Something no gym routine or generic programme had ever given me.

That's when I understood why I do what I do. My goal is not to keep people dependent on me. It's to make them free. Free from the judgment of others, free from needing a coach to function, free from the fear of not knowing how.

I believe everyone has the right to become their own trainer. Because sport, when taught properly, changes far more than just the body.

I'm a Certified Calisthenics Trainer (Burningate, IT) and Fitnesstrainer B (DE), and I've reached Full Planche and Full Front Lever as personal milestones. But what I'm most proud of is an athlete I've been coaching since 2021: skinny fat, overworked, would never have walked into a gym alone out of fear of being judged. Today he does. Alone. Head held high. CX exists for this.

Location: Düsseldorf MediaHarbour & GlobalDüsseldorf is my operational base. From here I coach athletes across Germany, Switzerland, Austria and worldwide. Park, gym or home: the programming adapts to whatever equipment you have. It doesn't matter where you train, what counts is the system and the progression.

The CX-Algorithm
